Dr. Selcuk Koyuncu is the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Coppin State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and has over two decades of experience teaching and mentoring students across a wide range of mathematical disciplines. His research spans operator theory, matrix theory, structured matrices, numerical linear algebra, and additive combinatorics, with published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in reputable journals.
