Before returning to Coppin, Dr. Williams served as faculty at Morgan State University and Montgomery College, and he instructed AP Statistics in Montgomery County Public Schools. Earlier in his career, Dr. Williams completed 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of First Sergeant. His military career included leadership roles in pathology laboratories, biotechnology units, distance-learning operations, and clinical training programs. He managed multimillion-dollar budgets, supervised large teams, and supported national efforts in medical laboratory science and research.
