What is Finish 4 Free (F4F)?
A tuition-free pathway to a bachelor’s degree at Coppin State University for eligible Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) graduates. 

Who is Eligible?

• Graduates of Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS)

• Earned an A.A. or A.S. degree from Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) in or after June 2018 (At this time, F4F requires A.A or A.S degrees, other like an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degrees are not permissible.)

   

What is Covered?

• 100% of tuition toward your bachelor’s degree at Coppin

• Students are still responsible for:

  • Mandatory university fees

  • Books and course materials

  • Living expenses

How Do I Get Started?

1. Apply for admission to Coppin and select "yes" I am interested in F4F

2. Submit official BCPS high school and BCCC college transcripts

3. Submit the FAFSA

4. Connect with your transfer admissions counselor

What are the Requirements to Maintain this grant?

• Complete the FAFSA 

• Maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP)

• Enroll as a full-time student (12+ credits per semester)
